ONE DAY SWIMMING CAMP
This camp will focus on helping you identify the inefficiencies in your swimming stroke and guide you on how to correct them. An opportunity for you to achieve real improvements in your swimming!

🏊♂️ Swim Video Recording & Analysis:
90-minute swim session where we'll record your swim strokes and then review and analyse them as a group. We will record your swim from 4 different angles, followed by feedback and guidance on what to correct and how.

🥗 Swim techniques for improved stroke:
A coached pool session focusing on form and drills for technique improvement.

📈 Training & Training Zones:
Understand how to effectively train within your zones to maximise your performance and avoid overtraining. Get insights into creating a balanced training plan that fits your goals.
