Fit For Tri Video Analysis Swim Camp

This camp will focus on helping you identify the inefficiencies in your swimming stroke and guide you on how to correct them. An opportunity for you to achieve real improvements in your swimming! The day will include a coached pool session focusing on form and drills for technique improvement. An introductory video swim analysis for each individual in attendance, covering your swim from 4 different angles, followed by feedback and guidance on what to correct and how. And an introduction to training and how to train in the correct zones. Places are limited to ensure all participants get individual feedback. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
